COSA Gateway to Recovery Summer Convention
St. Louis, MO – June 23-25, 2023

Join us in person the weekend of June 23-25, 2023 in St. Louis, Missouri. This event starts on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and ends Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. Convention is in-person only—no hybrid or virtual sessions—not a repeat of the Winter Virtual Retreat. Help us meet hotel guest room and meal commitment deadlines by registering early!

Hotel Registration – Deadline May 22

Hotel rooms are very reasonable. The deadline for the special room rate of $127/night is May 22, 2023 (not including hotel taxes/fees). After May 22, guest rooms are at market rate if rooms are still available. Please make hotel reservations directly with the Clayton Plaza Hotel / / 1-314-726-5400 (using meeting code “COSA Meeting”). If you need to share a room, let us know and we will connect you with another willing COSA. Most rooms have two queen size beds, refrigerator, and microwave–great for sharing! The hotel offers free breakfast and parking for registered guests.

Convention Registration – Deadline June 16

Convention registration fees are at a tiered rate (early, regular, late, daily walk-in registration) to help us meet hotel guest room and meal commitment deadlines. Sorry, there are no refunds after the final deadline of June 16th, but you may transfer your paid registration to another person and arrange reimbursement with them directly. Convention registration fee includes Saturday luncheon speaker event for those pre-registered by June 16. Partners are welcome to attend the speaker events, but there is a $40 charge for the Saturday lunch.

The ISO requires your last name for the sole purpose of matching your registration with payment (kept confidential). The payment portal is at the end of this registration form.

If you are interested in sharing a room, let us know (below) and we will connect you with another willing COSA (confidential). Most rooms have two queen-size beds plus refrigerators and microwaves. Please briefly let us know any preferences or disclosures, e.g. snoring, light sleeper, need ground room, etc. Then you can make arrangements with the other person to make the hotel reservation. Only one credit card is needed to make the hotel reservation, but it is advisable to register both names to get your room key should you arrive separately. Room rates do not include hotel taxes/fees, so ask the hotel. Parking fees are included.

Convention registration fee includes Saturday lunch buffet speaker event for those pre-registered by June 16.
Partners are welcome to attend the speaker events. If you wish to include the Saturday speaker luncheon for your partner, see the next question. (Please don't forget to make hotel reservations separately no later than May 22 for the special rate.)

A Saturday lunch buffet (vegan-friendly) is included in your convention registration. Partners are welcome to attend speaker meetings at no charge but add $40 if the Saturday lunch is desired for that guest. Let us know if you have extra guest(s) joining you for lunch no later than June 16th.
