    General qualifications for service work (apply to all in service on the board) - Currently a COSA member - Respectful of the COSA traditions - Have access to email and the ability to check ISO Board email daily. - Have access to the internet for monthly video chat meetings. - Web camera advised but optional. Specific Board Requirements - 2 years in COSA - Working with a sponsor or equivalent - Member of a registered COSA Group - Have completed Step Twelve
