Attraction Not Promotion

Without a doubt we need to guard the anonymity of all COSA members at all times. The COSA Program itself, however, is not anonymous. Reaching out to potential members, or to professionals who routinely work with potential members, is attraction not promotion. This is well within the boundaries of Tradition Eleven.
